What do I get in the 30-day trial?

Do I still need my tax advisor?

Yes, absolutely. Booklera doesn't replace your tax advisor — but it makes their life (and your invoice) easier. Once a month you export, with one click, a DATEV-Format-7.0-CSV with SKR03 accounts, send it to your tax advisor, and they import it straight into DATEV — without retyping.

Will my architect accept the GAEB file from Booklera?

Booklera supports GAEB DA XML 3.2 and 3.3 in all relevant record types: X83 (tender), X84 (quote back) and X86 (job). The parser is round-trip tested with the official Dangl sample files.

Whether your architecture tool reads our X84 exports cleanly depends on the specific tool — if there are issues, just let us know, we'll look at it together and adjust if needed.

What does the AI cost — are there hidden fees?

No hidden fees — all AI features are included in the plan price. Since our AI runs locally on our server (qwen2.5:14b, 40-120 sec per request), there are fair monthly quotas:

The AI runs locally on our server in Germany — no OpenAI, no Anthropic, no Google. Your data never leaves our server, and there are no API costs that we pass on to you.

How secure are my customer data and invoices?

Full GDPR compliance, German server, several security layers:

What happens to my data when I cancel?

After that your data is kept for 30 days — in case you change your mind. After these 30 days it's deleted automatically and irrevocably. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, cancellable any time at the end of the month.
